TIM SERHANIt is with great sadness that the family of Tim Serhan announces his passing in Moose Jaw on September 12, 2006, at the age of 41 years.

Born in Canora, Tim was raised in Rama, Saskatchewan, and received his elementary schooling there. He later moved with his family to the farm at Preeceville, where he completed high school.

After a brief period of work after high school, Tim enrolled in an Auto Body Technician course and completed his training at SIAST in Moose Jaw. He worked for several auto body shops in Moose Jaw before entering business on his own, restoring vintage automobiles.

Tim loved his work. It was his biggest accomplishment in life, and he took pride in what he did. Tim also had a great love for music. During the time he was ill, he made a music web site to raise money for the ALS Society.

Tim had many friends, more than most can every hope to find. He was special to so many people he came to meet over the years. He is dearly missed by all.

Tim was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease in February, 2003. He was full of determination, courage and strength. ALS slowly destroyed his physical strength, but did not destroy his spirit. Tim demonstrated much about living and dying to many of us.

He was a devoted husband, father, and business partner. Although Vince was well respected by his colleagues, business associates, and clients for his incredible intelligence and his creative mastery of tax law. It was Vince's love of people that stood out most of all. He cared more about the people than the deal, and this endeared him to so many. Vince loved to travel and had many adventures, visiting exotic and faraway places with both his family and his friends. He enjoyed most sports and loved to golf, curl, and throw his kids around in the pool. With the narrowest excuse. Vince enjoyed filling his home with people, food, stories, music and laughter. Vince's strong faith, his loving and generous spirit, his courage and positive attitude inspired those around him, these gifts became clearer with his long his journey through the cancer that claimed his life.
