The name of the deceased is Shelley Wilgosh. Her son, Adam, who was a passenger in her car, was taken to a Saskatoon hospital with, what the, RCMP has termed as "serious injuries". He graduated from Preeceville School in spring. At about 7:30 a.m., the Wadena RCMP, fire rescue and ambulance personnel were called to the scene of the collision about seven kilometres north of the Village of Kuroki on a farm access road, known locally as the Lone Tree Road. The driver of the pickup truck was Edward Burned of Kelvington. He was also taken to hospital in Saskatoon. The collision occurred when the west-bound car attempted to cross the highway and was struck by a north-bound truck, according to Sgt. Keith Lowenberger of the Wadena RCMP Road and weather conditions were not factors in the accident and the investigation continues. Canora Courier, July 12, 2006 Page 8 GURSKI:
