In loving memory of Metro, who passed away February 7,2007. My
heart still aches with sadness, And
secret tears still flow, What
would I give to take his hand, His
happy face to see. To
hear his voice and see his smile, That meant so much to me. Canora Courier, February 4, 2009 Page 14 CHEROPITA:

gathered together for family functions, especially at the Ukrainian Christmas
Supper when she prepared the 12 meatless dishes for us to enjoy. She also
enjoyed going carolling by a horse drawn sleigh to the surrounding neighbours.
Before Ukrainian Easter she spent many hours designing beautiful Easter Eggs (Pysynka)
for us to see and put in our Easter baskets. Her thoughtfulness was always
shown to her children and grandchildren by remembering their birthdays with a
card. Dora's door was always open to family and friends, and anyone who
stopped by for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. She will be deeply missed
