MALISCHEWSKI: In loving memory of Ervin, beloved husband, father, Grandfather and Opa. May 17,1999.

Ten years have passed,

Since one we loved was called away,

He left us quietly,

His thoughts unknown,

But left us a memory.

We are proud to own.

So treasure him Lord,

In your garden of rest,

For he was one of the best.

- Loved and remembered by wife Marge, daughters Viola, Cindy, son Mervin and families.

KOLISNEK: It is with great sadness that the family of Harry George Kolisnek announce his passing at the Canora Hospital on Saturday, May 2nd, 2009 at the age of 78 years.

Harry was born on May 27th, 1930 in Yorkton, SK to Metro and Dora (nee Dumka) Kolisnek. He lived on a farm in the Drobot area where he attended school while growing up. At the tender age of seventeen, Harry

relocated to Sudbury, ON and began work as a miner. He worked for thirty-seven years, two years being at Inco and thirty-five years at Falcon bridge. He was very eager to work there and mislead them about his age only showing them his birth certificate after he turned eighteen, a year later. When he was twenty-three, he married Victoria Andrusiak on July 12th, 1953 in the Mazeppa area. They were blessed with three daughters: Gail, Sandra, Linda and son Kenneth. Due to life's many struggles, they decided to go their separate ways. He stayed in Sudbury, ON until 2001. There he left behind his good friends, Jeannette and Diana Laframboise to be closer to his children. He settled into Canora life quite easily. He enjoyed sitting behind Doug on the motorcycle going for rides, playing bingo and playing cards (throwing his arms up in victory), going to check the mail with his scooter never forgetting to also gather chocolate bars (mostly to redistribute), Corn Flakes and a container of milk. His routines also earned him the nickname, Mr. Pork Chop, whenever he went out for supper (wonder how he got that nickname and from where!!). Oh, yes, we can't forget the trips to Yorkton for his Tim Horton doughnuts and Wendy's napkins (which collected a lot). Harry will be dearly missed by all.

He is lovingly remembered by his daughters and son: Gail (Doug) O'Dell of Canora, Linda Kolisnek of Prince George, B.C. and Ken (Carol) Kolisnek of Yorkton; his five grandchildren: Tammy Bobyk (Kelly Jacquemart) of Canora, Cory (Ronda) O'Dell of Canora, Nolan (Jaime) O'Dell of Saskatoon, Seth and Kade Kolisnek of Yorkton; his four great grandsons: Sydney Bobyk of Estevan, Levi and Todd Bobyk of Canora, Tiernan O'Dell of Saskatoon and two step-great- granddaughters Ashlynn Hagel O'Dell of Saskatoon and Kirsten Robert of Canora as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Harry was predeceased by his daughter Sandra in infancy, his mother Dora, his father Metro, his brothers Mike, John, Steve and Bill, his sisters Stephania Maximuik, Mary Drobot, Alice Jamrozik, Vivian Bozek, two brothers in infancy and grandson-in- law Lyndon Bobyk.
