William Crockett

Funeral of ex-Cond. Wm. Crockett Held Monday. The funeral of the late ex-Cond. Wm. Crockett was held from his late residence, 145 Cameron Street, yesterday afternoon.  Service at the house was conducted at 2:30 o'clock by Rev. J.A. Ramsay, minister of St. John's Presbyterian Church assisted by the choir of the church who sang very beautifully, "Abide with Me", and "Asleep with Jesus".  The funeral cortege left the house at three o'clock for Elmwood Cemetery where interment was made.  The service at the graveside was conducted by Keith Lodge, No. 23. F & A.M.  The pallbearers were members of the O.P.C. and of the Masonic Fraternity.
