GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN

Annie Weir (Mrs. Norman Sinclair)

Funeral of the Late Mrs. Norman Sinclair.  The funeral of the late Mrs. Norman Sinclair, whose remains were brought to the city from New York, was held yesterday afternoon from the residence of her sister Mrs. William Crockett, 145 Cameron Street, to Elmwood Cemetery. The services at the house and graveside were largely attended and were conducted by Rev. E. Val Tilton, pastor of Central Methodist Church, and Mr. Max MacOrdum supply minister of St. John's Presbyterian Church.  The Ladies Auxiliary to the B. of L.E. of which Order the late Mrs. Sinclair, was organizer in the Maritimes, also took part in the service at the house.  The choir of St. John's Church were present and rendered very sympathetically the hymns "Lead Kindly Light", "Nearer My God to Thee" and "Jesus Lover of My Soul." There was a large number of beautiful floral offerings testifying to the high regard in which the deceased lady was held. The pallbearers were Messrs. Owen Cameron, L.C. Lynds, T.W. McBeath, A.H. Fryers, O.G. MacAuley, and W.G. Gunning.
