GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN David Robert Bruce Weir
David Robert Bruce Weir 1979-1985. SHERBROOKE,
Guysborough County - David Robert Bruce Weir, 5, of Sherbrooke, died Tuesday
at home. Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of Edwin and Cheryl (Chisholm)
Weir. He lived in Sherbrooke all his life and attended St. James Presbyterian
Church Sunday school. He is survived by a brother, Derek, at home; paternal
grandparents, Bruce and Ruby Weir, Stillwater; maternal grandparents, Melvin
and Margaret Chisholm, New Glasgow; and maternal great-grandmother, Mrs.
Elizabeth Brown, New Glasgow. The body is in H.W. Angus Funeral Home,
Stillwater. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday in St. James Presbyterian Church,
Sherbrooke, Rev. Jane Johnson officiating. Burial will be Riverside Cemetery,
Sherbrooke. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Izaak Walton
Killam Hospital for Children's hematology research fund or Ronald McDonald
House, Halifax.
