Lloyd Vinson Weir

Lloyd Vinson Weir, 70 of Grub Road, Colpitts Settlement passed away Thursday, February 27, 2002 on arrival at the Moncton Hospital.  Born at Turtle Creek, N.B. he was a son of the late Gilbert Weir and Marie (Milton) Weir, Lloyd was retired from Russell Hopper Well Drilling with 35 years service.  He attended the Nixon United Baptist Church. Survived by his wife of 36 years Mildred (Dowe) a son Vincent (Michelle) of Edmonton a daughter Betty Duffy of Colpitts Settlement, three grandchildren, Madison and Hailey Duffy and Morgan Weir and Uncle Gerald Milton of Albert Mines and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Helen Weir and brothers, Glenn and Morris. Interment at the Hillside cemetery at a later date.
