GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN Catherine Claire Liznick (Nee Weir)
CATHERINE CLAIRE LIZNICK (nee WEIR) It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Cathy Liznick on Wednesday, June 16, 2004, following a courageous battle with cancer, in Iroquois Falls, ON at the age of 51 years. Cathy grew up on Dudley Avenue in Winnipeg and attended Rockwood and Grant Park schools. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Kirk; sons, Owen and Doug; mother Margaret Weir; sisters, Gloria Wasacase, Shelley Smith (Lauder); brother Kirk (Violet); uncle and aunt, Arthur and Cathie McVey and numerous nieces and nephews. Cathy was predeceased by her father John and brother Jack Weir. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 25 in Iroquois Falls, ON.
