2.  Jedothan BISHOP #584, b. abt 1796, bapt. 25-Dec-1809, Digby, Nova Scotia, d. after 1851.  A.K.A. Jedothen, Gedothan and    Jedediah.  Yeoman - Ships Carpenter at Quaco/Long Beach, New Brunswick.  Moved to Kingston Parish, Kings County, New Brunswick in 1831.  In the 1851 Census for Kingston Parish, Kings CO., NB, Jedediah was age 55.  He married Jane ARNOLD #585, 02-Jan-1827, b. abt 1806, bapt. 28-Oct-1812, Digby, Nova Scotia, d. after 1851.  In the 1851 census for Kinston Parish, Kings CO., NB, Jane was 45. 

                                        Children:

                             i          William BISHOP #588, b. 28-Aug-1823, Digby, Nova Scotia, bapt. 07-Jun-1828, d. after 1901, New Brunswick.  (Born prior to marriage of Jedothan BISHOP and Jane ARNOLD) In the 1851 Census for Kingston Parish, Kings CO., NB, William was age 27.  Lived near St. John, New Brunswick.  Did not marry. Occupation: Labourer.

                5.          ii          John BISHOP #203 b. 09-May-1828.

                6.          iii         Mary BISHOP #232 b. 1829.

                7.          iv         Maria BISHOP #230 b. 1831.

                             v          Stephen BISHOP #587, b. 1835.  In the 1851 Census for Kingston Parish, Kings CO., NB, Stephen was 16. Stephen never married and had no children. He is buried with his brother George.   Information provided by Jackie Tilton.

                            vi          James BISHOP #4328, b. 1838, St. John, New Brunswick.  In the 1851 Census for Kingston Parish, Kings CO., NB, James was 13.   According to 1881 census of St. John's County, researched by Yvon Porelle, James was recorded as living at or possibly institutionalized at the  Lancaster Hospital/Asylum.

                             x           Roxana BISHOP #4330, b. 1849.  In the 1851 Census for Kingston Parish, Kings CO., NB, Roxana was age 2.

                             xi          Sarah BISHOP #5401, b. 09-Dec-1827, Digby, Nova Scotia, bapt. 07-Jun-1828, d. 09-Jun-1828.

3. Roxanna BISHOP #5377, bapt. 27-Mar-1803, Digby, Nova Scotia.  She married Edward DAY #5378.

                             i          Jane Ann DAY #5379, b. 01-Feb-1824, bapt. 28-Feb-1830.

4. Edward BISHOP #5380, b. abt. 1802, bapt. 25-Dec-1809, Digby, Nova Scotia, d. 05-Oct-1850, Digby, Nova Scotia.  He married Rachel WARRINGTON #5381, 03-May-1825, at Digby, Nova Scotia, bapt. 31-Dec-1804.

                             i          James BISHOP #5382, bapt. 1826.  He married Emily ROOK #5383.

                             ii         George BISHOP #5384.
