SINASAC, Donald - Born December 10, 1931; passed away peacefully in the arms of his family on July 15, 2008. Loving husband of Connie (Dufour) for 51 years. Dearest father to his 6 daughters: Cindy Sinasac, Nancy (John) Drew, Betty Chauvin, Peggy (Dale) Russette, Yvonne Sinasac (Jim Lesperance) and Gwen Greenaway. Special Pip to Sarah (John Sleigh), Jamie Casey (Tamara Moore), Megan and Jessica Casey, Jaclyn and Jordan Drew, Justin and Adam Chauvin, Derek and Stephanie Russette, Christopher, Scott and Chelsea Grohs, Dylan and Cameron Greenaway. Adored Great Grandfather of Lily and Carson Sleigh and Ryan Casey. Son of the late Milfred (1991) and Mabel Sinasac (1983). Son-in-law of the late William (1970) and Catherine Dufour (1985). Dear brother of Doris Deslippe (the late Leo), Cecil Sinasac (2004; the late Rosemary), Robert (Bob) and Lorraine Sinasac, Eleanor and Pat Warren (the late John Gignac), Lorelei Sinasac. Devoted brother-in-law of Leona (1980) and Howard Brush, William and Helen Dufour, Jeanette and Bob Bonnett, Elizabeth Goodchild, Diane and Gerald Langlois, Jacqueline Deslippe, David Dufour and Nikki Bondy. Will be deeply missed by many dear nieces, nephews, and friends. Don died after a lengthy illness with his loving family at his bedside. He was a Veteran of the Korean War and member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 157. He was also a member of the AMA Sportsman Club. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed the company of many golf friends. As an expression of sympathy, you may make a donation to your favorite charity in Donald's name. Visiting at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich St., South, Amherstburg (519-736-2134) on Friday from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Legion Service Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Saturday July 19, 2008 from the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. to St. John the Baptist Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
