MacDOUGALL, James Bernard Edward, Fireman, Merchant Marine, MPK - 03 Dec 1944, SS CORNWALLIS - Son of Mr. and Mrs. William MacDougall, of North Sydney, Nova Scotia.

 

James B. E. MacDougall was lost due to enemy action while serving on S.S. Cornwallis which was torpedoed and sunk by U-1230 about 10 miles southwest of Mount Desert Rock in the Gulf of Maine.
