Harold Mervyn Knox

Died: 14 Jan 1975, Ottawa, Ontario

 

KNOX, Mervyn H. - 29, of Ottawa and formerly of Baker Settlement, died Tuesday in Ottawa. Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of Harold and Hazel (Zwicker) Knox, Baker Settlement. Surviving besides his parents and his wife, the former Maxine Walfield, Rhodes Corner, are two daughters, Melina, Melisa, both at home; a sister, Cecilia (Mrs. David Kaizer), Lower Sackville; a brother, Randall, Baker Settlement; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Lydia Zwicker, Wileville; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Knox, Baker Settlement. The body will be at Wamback Memorial Chapel, Bridgewater today after 11 a.m. A military funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Bridgewater United church. Burial will be in Union cemetery, Baker Settlement. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
