VALLETTE, Raymond Gilbert - At Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Sunday June 4, 2017, Ray Vallette of Norwood, formerly of Havelock, in his 98th year. Veteran of the Second World War. Predeceased by his sister Myrtle Cooke, brothers-in-law George Cooke and Lewis Wright, and niece Lorna Borley. Will be missed by his sister Jean Wright of Toronto and nephews George (Kate) Cooke of Maine, Bob (Jane) Cooke of Orangeville, Joe Wright, Guy (Rizwana Jafri) Wright, John Borley, all of Toronto, and their families. Dear friend of Arlene and Shelley Miles of Havelock. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday August 12, 2017 at 2 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 389, 8 Ottawa St East, Havelock, ON. Interment at a later date at the National Military Cemetery / Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa. In memory of Ray, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, 1599 Hurontario St, Suite 201, Mississauga, ON L5G
