Died: 06 Aug 2015, Sudbury, Ontario

 

GARDNER, Marjorie Rose - born March 14, 1921 in Sudbury, died peacefully August 6, 2015 at St. Gabriel's Villa, Chelmsford. Predeceased by her parents, Percy and Mary Louise (Humphrey) Gardner, her brother Edgar Percy "Bill" Gardner and husband Anthony "Tony" Wychara of Capreol. Loving mother of Michael Wychara of Toronto and Susan (Ted) Jones of Milton, grandmother of Joshua Wychara. Proudly served in the Navy Wrens (WRCNS) in Halifax during the Second World War. Returned to Sudbury in 1980 after 35 years in Toronto as a homemaker and was a dedicated volunteer for more than 30 years in the Nuclear Medicine department at Sudbury General Hospital and Health Sciences North. Interment was in Park Lawn Cemetery August 10, 2015. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
