Died: 23 Jun 1985, Sheet Harbour, Nova Scotia

 

VERGE, Randall Maurice - Able Seaman Randall Maurice Verge, 23, of Watt Section, died Sunday in Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital, Sheet Harbour, following a motorcycle accident. Born in Halifax, he was a son of Gary and Sandra (Henley) Verge. He was serving with the Canadian Forces on HMCS Ottawa as a naval electronics technician. was a former member of Royal Canadian Legion branch 58. Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Tanya and Kirinda, both at home; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Effie Verge, and paternal grandparents Bill and Helen Henley, all of Sheet Harbour. He was predeceased by paternal grandfather, Maurice Verge. The body is in Crowell's Funeral Home, Sheet Harbour. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Watt Section, Rev. E. L. Parsons officiating, assisted by Lt. (N) C. Murray, C.F. Buried will be in church cemetery.
