Born: 10 Nov 1924          Died: 18 Nov 2019

 

PEERLESS, George Edward - A proud WW2 vet, Ed passed away 8 days after reaching his 95th birthday. Predeceased by his wife Kay, daughter Kathy; He is survived by: brother-in-law Gerald; daughter Lesley; stepsons Michael, Brian (Marilyn), Dennis (Kerry); 11 grandchildren and 20.5 great grandchildren. Heartfelt thanks to caregivers Shea, Wendy and the staff on Gladston at Selkirk Seniors Village.

 

George served in the RCNVR (O.N. - V38204) during WW2. After the war he transferred to the RCN.
