Died: 23 Jul 2010, Edmonton, Alberta

 

COLLINS, Bruce Wheeler - On July 23, 2010, Bruce Collins of Edmonton, Alberta passed away at the age of 87 years. Bruce was predeceased by his wife, Patricia, sons Michael, Terry and granddaughter, Lisa. He is lovingly survived by his children Karen (Mark) and Patrick (Teresa) and grandchildren Michael (Christine), Todd (Jacquie) Scott (Marissa), Cory (Melissa) and Maria as well as six great-grandchildren. Special thanks to Dr. Deborah Evans, Palliative homecare, Dr. Lee, Christine, Renee and Jacky, Caregivers, Companions. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held July 29, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. for family and friends at his home. Dress is casual, Hawaiian and golf shirts are acceptable. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can sent to the Cross Cancer Institute, or the Edmonton SPCA.  (Edmonton Journal 26 Jul 2010)
