In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
BIELBY, Victor - peacefully passed away August 29, 1989 at the age of 65 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth (Betty); also two daughters, Jan (Gary) Peever and Maureen (Mike) Leroux, all of Victoria; four grandchildren, Gary, Tanya, Kathleen, Steven plus one sister, Vi of Regina and one brother, Jack of Halifax. Memorial service to be held Thursday, August 31 at St. Andrews Chapel, CFB Esquimalt at 2:00 p.m. Padres Ken Benner and John Wilcox officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Lions Society for Crippled Children, 3937 Quadra Street, Victoria. Cremation. (Victoria Times Colonist 31 Aug 1989)
