Excerpt from a newspaper article:  FROM A STRETCHER, Telegraphist Charles J. "Chuck" Kent (above) tells of the 2,000-pound bomb that struck HMCS ATHABASKAN off the coast of Spain and caused the loss of his two legs. He is shaking hands with his brother, Albert Kent, on arrival in Calgary today. (From the Calgary Herald 17 Dec 1943)
