FLOWER, Gladys Mary (née TINDALL) - Born May 9th, 1908, died peacefully, at Dufferin Care Centre, Coquitlam in the early hours of Sunday, April 27th, 2003. Predeceased by husbands Arthur Lines (1966) and Frank Flower (1998). She was a retired Sears employee, in the WRENS in World War II, a member of Legion Branch #88 and a member of Mizpah Chapter #36 of the Eastern Star. Gladys will be missed by sisters-in-law Joan Tindall and Jean Tindall and all her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. A service celebrating her life will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, 2208 St. John's St., Port Moody, B. C. on Friday. May 2, 2003 at 11:00 a.m., reception following and internment of ashes at 1:30 p.m. in Maple Ridge Cemetery. (The Vancouver Sun / The Province 26 Apr 2012)
