BIDINOST, Louis Albert - The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 of Louis Albert Bidinost, of Dartmouth at the age of 88. He was born in Petersfield, Man., on April 3, 1933, a son of Renato and Aurora Bidinost. A very dear father to Michael, Christopher, Suzy and Angela. He was a veteran of H.M.C.S./C.F.B. Shearwater for 27 years., before spending the next 16 years working for Canada Post. He was also involved in the Boy Scouts (Dartmouth South) for over 30 years. He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed his involvement with St. Clements Church. He was a man of many talents and could build and fix anything. He was also a photographer and captured many family memories on film, for this we are grateful. Louis is survived by wife, Sandra; his sister, Norma (Harvey) Gombleski (Mary, Cheryl, Michael, Laura), Edmonton, Alta.; sister-in-law, Lorraine Bidinost and sons Dean and Curt, Winnipeg; brother-in-law, Bill and Grace Meehan (Anthony John, Michael Jennifer); niece, Jackie Andrusyk; nephew, Mike Andrusyk (Jeff, Nathalie, Lisa); grandkids, Rob, David, Angel, Nic and Danielle; and great-grandchildren, Maverick and Sterling. He was predeceased by his wife, Madeline; son, Christopher; brother, Peter; and his granddaughter, Bev. He will be most sorely missed by all who knew him.
