In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
ESTABROOKS, Alan Ross - Age 70 of Porters Lake, passed away unexpectedly at home on May 20, 2022.
Born in Sackville, New Brunswick he was a son of the late Norris and Marion Estabrooks.
Alan was retired from a 25-year career in the Royal Canadian Navy. Following that, he had a career with Marine Drive Courier from which he retired in November.
Surviving are his wife, Deborah (MacDonald); son, Gregory Alan Estabrooks (Anne Marie); granddaughter, Maya; sister-in-law, Gloria Estabrooks; niece, Barb; nephew, Jason, and their children.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brother, Ernest F. Estabrooks.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to Hope for Wildlife.
Many thanks to the local fire department and paramedics for all their efforts.
