BREEN, Samuel Gordon, Sto 1c, RNCVR, Killed - 06 Dec 1917, HMCS MUSQUASH - Son of Mary Jane Breen and William Henry Breen, of Liscomb, Guysborough Co., Nova Scotia. Brother of Stoker James Irvin Breen, RNCVR, who also lost his life in the Halifax Explosion on 6 December 1917 while serving in HMCS MUSQUASH.

 

Stoker Samuel Breen died as a result of injuries received in the Halifax Explosion. He is buried in the St. John's Cemetery, Halifax, Nova Scotia
