KIERAN, David Byrne - A WW II Veteran, Engravers Montreal Royal Canadian Mint Ottawa On his 82nd birthday, surrounded by his loving family and friends on Wednesday, December 20th, 2006. Loved and loving husband of Beverley (nee Cowan). Father of David, Robert, Michael, Robyn, Lorraine, and their families. Brother of Albert and son-in-law of Blanche Cowan (late Richard). Predeceased by two brothers, Bill (Maude), and Harold (Helen). Also survived by his nieces, nephews and many close friends. Friends may visit and the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 315 McLeod St., on Wednesday, December 27th, 2006 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A celebration of David's life will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, December 28th at 2:30 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation or the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre would be appreciated by the family.
