Died: 21 Jun 2021, Red Deer, Alberta

 

GELLERT, Norman Arthur - was born in Moosehorn, Manitoba on May 15, 1924 to Lydia and Reinholdt Gellert and he passed away at 97 years of age on June 12, 2021. Norm was predeceased by his beloved wife Vera (nee Stringer) on September 18, 2012. He is survived by his dear sister Pat Flaws. Norm and Vera are survived by their beloved children, Lynne-Dale and Scott, Sheryl and Todd and Greg and Marie-Claude...Norm and Vera loved their children's spouses like they were their own children. Norm and Vera were blessed with 18 grandchildren 24 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Norm spent 34 years working for Electrolux in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Norm and Vera moved to Red Deer, Alberta in 1984 to be closer to their children. They experienced their greatest joy spending time with their family! We believe they are enjoying the greatest family reunion ever in Heaven with their parents, sisters, Elsie and Max Moysey, Myrtle and Bill Redwood, Audrey and Ken Merritt; brothers, Ernie and Bill Fitchett; and Bill Flaws.
