In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
FULLERTON, Sidney Douglas - Survived by his loving wife and best friend of 59 years, Mary; his children, Gary (Shirley) of Langley, BC, Linda (Alan) of Burlington, Ontario, Elizabeth of Victoria, BC, and Ted of Shawnigan Lake, BC; his grandchildren, Dennis and Fandy Fullerton, Chris and Andy Foster, Chris Fullerton, Renee, Greg and Carly Hourigan and his great-grandson, Devin. Sid was born in Regina, Saskatchewan and lived most of his life in Victoria, during which he served his country in the Royal Canadian Navy, including many years as a Submariner. Sid loved his family and will be remembered fondly for his quick wit and shining smile. Our sincere thanks to Dr. Barry Gelling for his compassionate care of Sid. A celebration of life will be held at Linda and Allan's residence on Saturday, April 21 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sid's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
