ROWE, Osmond J., QC (Former City Solicitor for the City of Barrie) - Peacefully, at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Friday, March 3rd, 2006. Ossie J. Rowe, QC, of Barrie, in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Ann Mary Rowe and the late Jessie Rowe. Loving father of Philip Rowe of Toronto, Bill Rowe and his wife Marianne Kimmitt of Edmonton, Ian Rowe and his wife Robin of Barrie, Chris Peacock and his wife Anne Koenig, Rosalin Hermandez and her husband Richard. Loving grandfather of Rosemary and James Rowe-Kimmitt, and Cameron and Jessie Rowe. Dear brother of Alma Moore and her late husband Jim, Grace Rowe, and the late Hillard Rowe. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home (Clapperton and Worsley Streets), Barrie, on Tuesday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Collier Street United Church on Wednesday, March 8th, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation.
