POTHIER, Charles Louis, AB ST, V4752, RCNVR, killed - 29 Apr 1944, HMCS ATHABASKAN - Son of Pius and Isabelle Pothier, of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.

 

AB Pothier died when his ship, HMCS ATHABASKAN, was torpedoed and sunk in the English Channel on 29 Apr 1944. His body was recovered and he is buried in the Kerfautras Cemetery, Brest, Finistere, France
