BÉRUBÉ, Gilbert Joseph Ludger - Au Centre D’Anjou de Saint-Pacôme le 20 juillet 2008, à l’âge de 71 ans et 7 mois est décédé le Dr Gilbert
Bérubé, colonel à la retraite, époux en 1res noces de feu dame Colette Blais et en 2es noces de dame Marie Matthey, ls de feu Dame Yvonne Léveillée et de feu M. Alexandre Bérubé. Il demeurait au Centre D’Anjou de Saint-Pacôme, natif de Saint-Alexandre. Une célébration de la parole a eu lieu le jeudi 24 juillet à 11 h à la Résidence funéraire Daniel Caron, 680 Principale, Saint-Alexandre, suivi de l’inhumation au cimetière paroissial.

 

Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, dame Marie Matthey; ses enfants : Michel (Aline Landry), Lucie, Marc (Danielle Lecavalier); les enfants de Marie : Samuel, Mathieu et Mlle Virginie; ses petits-enfants : Nicholas, Aurélie, Anouk. Il était le frère de : Thérèse (feu Georges Tardif), feu Donat (Denise Chouinard), Marie-Laure (feu Edgar Dionne), feu Jean-Paul (feu Murielle Morin), Camille (Réjeanne Dionne), Jean-Charles (Aline Boucher), feu Charles-Henri (Marthe Boucher), Marie-Jeanne, Ange-Marie (Gérard Patry), Alfred ptre, feu Roger, Rose-Anne (Vianney Ouellet); plusieurs neveux, nièces, cousins, cousines, et amis(es). 

 

La direction des funérailles a été conée à la Résidence Funéraire Daniel Caron 353 avenue Chapleau Saint-Pascal 492-2222.

HMCS CAPE SCOTT - Appointed to CAPE SCOTT as the ship’s medical officer during the Medical Expedition to Easter Island. He is mentioned several times in Stanley’s Dream: The Medical Expedition to Easter Island, Jacalyn Duffin, McGill – Queen’s University Press 2019 as being a fine operatic tenor who led choirs onboard the ship, sang in a church on Easter Island and sang at gala dinner during the goodwill South American tour.
