Son of Sebert Norman Blair (26 Jul 1894-28 Mar 1968) and Jessie A. (née Newman) Blair (01 Jul 1897-26 Jul 1980). Both Sebert and Jessie are buried in Oshawa, Ontario.  

 

Douglas Blair served in the RCNVR during the Second World War and served in MTB-462 during which he was awarded Mentioned in Despatches.

 

No other information is known on Douglas Blair.
