In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
NICKOLSON, Lyle Henry - 76, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 9th 2018 in Sangudo, AB. He was born on October 4th 1941 in Edmonton, AB to Henry and Ina Nickolson. Lyle was predeceased by his son Shannon Scott (Karen) in 1965. Lyle spent 3 years aboard HMCS Skeena as a proud member of the Navy and worked across Western Canada in the trucking industry for the rest of his career. Upon retiring he was a committed volunteer in the community and daily member of the local coffee klatch. It was Lyle’s request that no funeral services be held, however this spring an interment ceremony will occur at Southpark Cemetery in Sangudo, AB.
