In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
WALSH, David John - 79, was born Nov. 13, 1946 in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales. He was predeceased by his father Thomas Leonard Walsh, his mother, Elizabeth "Betty" May D'Entremont, sister, Dr. Verna D'Entremont, brothers Martin Rabudal and Ainsley Rabudal and his 2nd wife, Kim Marie (Alford), as well, David had two brothers in England, Roy Walsh D'Entremont and Richard Walsh. David is survived by his son, Shawn Walsh of Alberta, 1st wife, Cheryl Geraldine (Gorman), a niece, Darlene Gaetz and nephew, David Southern.
David spent 15 years in the Canadian military, air element, including a tour as a peace keeper in Egypt and two tours with the Canadian Navy. In his younger years, David enjoyed hunting and scuba diving. He spent many hours touring various parts of Canada and the United States on his Harley Davidson.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. (Sweeny's Funeral Home)
