In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
REYNOLDS, Jack Bernard - longtime resident of Grande Prairie, passed away at the QEII Hospital on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at the age of 90 years. Jack was born in Timmins, Ontario, on July 26, 1922. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy in the North Sea, during World War II. He was an employee of Otis Elevator for thirty years in Hamilton, Ontario. Jack was an accomplished bowler up to the age of 86 years. He loved the outdoors, especially feeding the birds. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 42 years Theresa, son Dan, and his adopted children: Karen, Paul, Mary, Diane, John, and their families. He was predeceased by his first wife Elizabeth. “I want to live in a house by the side of the road and be a friend to man.” A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 10:00am at Oliver’s Grande Prairie Funeral Chapel (10005 107 Ave.), with interment to follow service.
