ROSS, William Douglas - Royal Canadian Navy Vet WWII. Peacefully in the Kemptville District Hospital on Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at the age of 77. Husband of the late Berthe Dumouchel. Dear father of Linda Ross, Bill Phyllis Ross and Carol Mitchell. Loving grandfather of Alyssa, Joshua, Jeffrey and Jamie. Survived by one sister Gloria Middlemiss Ken. Predeceased by one sister Irene McNamara. Proprietor of W.J. Ross and Son Groceteria on Toke Street from 1957-1988. Long time member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 88. Visitation will be held at Maison funraire Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home on Saturday, June 12 from 1-2 p.m. Funeral Service at 2 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Tisdale Cemetery.
