Born: 20 May 1941, Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canada

 

Died: 07 Jul 2010, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

 

MEANEY, James Edward A.I.I.C. - Born May 20, 1941, passed away July 7, 2010. Born and raised in Kirkland Lake, after his schooling Jim joined the navy for three years. He then left the area to come to Hamilton, Ontario. In later years, he returned to Kirkland Lake and operated Northern Insurance Adjusters, N.I.A. After a five year battle with alzheimers disease, he passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario. Leaving his loving companion Louise, his mother Anna Meaney and the late Harold. Brother of Robert. He leaves behind two sons Paul and Richard and two grandchildren. It was Jim's wishes for no flowers or visitation. Cremation has taken place by ABC Crematorium. Anyone wishing to make a donation to the Alzheimers research would be appreciated.
