    Shipboard
  newspapers were the creation of various members of each ship's company. 
  The editors published news of daily / weekly events on the ship - sometimes
  factual, sometimes slightly modified for entertainment purposes. 
  Regardless of whether or not the stories were fact or fiction, these
  "rags" were great moral boosters onboard ship.  Below are a few
