Notes:

1)  Bushwah is likely Mate C.P. Bourgeois (2) who served in Acadia at the same time as Reg Stevens

2)  Claris Peter / Calice Philip Bourgeois  -  In the Canadian Navy List for Jun 1917 there is a listing for C.P. Bourgeois as a Mate with a seniority of 11 Jan 1917.  The Dec 1917 Navy List has C.P. Bourgeois appointed to HMCS ACADIA.  The Jan 1918 Nay List lists Claris Peter Bourgeois, Mate, seniority 11 Jan 1917 as appointed to HMCS ACADIA.  In the Mar 1918 Navy List, Claris Peter Bourgeois no longer appears in the Navy List and a Calice Philip Bourgeois appears as a Mate with a seniority date of 11 Jan 1917, appointed to HMCS STADACONA.  In the Jun 1918 Navy List Calice Philip Bourgeois is appointed to HMCS ACADIA on 01 Apr 1918.  The RCN Ledger Sheets only list a Calice Philip Bourgeois. Its is possible that Claris Peter Bourgeois and Calice Philip Bourgeois as the same person and that there had been an error in his initial listings in the Navy Lists - but there is not enough information available to say for certain.  In all photos on this page he will be listed as C.P. Bourgeois.
