Born: 10 Aug 1890, Sydney, Australia

 

Died: 18 July 1971 in Vancouver, BC

 

Buried: In Garden Chapel, Ocean View, Burnaby, BC

 

 

Fred Crickard Sr. served as an AB.ST, RNCVR in CC1 & CC2 from 1914 to 1917. Prior to enlisting in the RNCVR he worked as a wholesale grocery clerk. After his military service he served in Merchant Marine. He was the father of Rear-Admiral Fred Crickard.
