West Pubnico, Nov. 16 - A memorial Service for Joseph F. d'Entremont, one of the victims of the ill-fated HMCS Bras d'Or, was held here on Nov. 13 in St. Peter's Church

The deceased leaves his widow, (nee Mary A. D'Eon), two sons, Edwin and Stanisclaus, his widowed mother, Mrs. Elizabeth d'Entremont, three brothers Antoine and Damien of this place and Pius in the United States and three sisters, Mrs. John E. D'Eon (Jane-rose) of this place and Mrs. Pothier (Mary Laura), and Mrs. Edward d'Entremont (Victorie) in the US. (Halifax Chronicle, Mon., 18 Nov 1940 / Researched by George Newbury)
