George Rowlin served in the Navy from 28 Jan 1942 until 10 Aug 1945.

RCNVR DIVISION PORT ARTHUR - Enlisted as a Sto 1c on 28 Jan 1942

HMCS GRANDMERE - Served in Grandmere 11 Apr 1942 - 14 May 1942 as a L/Sto, RCNVR

HMCS PORT HOPE - Served in Port Hope 30 Jul 1942 - 09 Feb 1944 as a L/Sto, RCNVR. Commissioning crew.

HMCS OWEN SOUND - Served in Owen Sound 06 Jul 1945 - 16 Jul 1945 as an A/Sto PO, RCNVR

HMCS DONNACONA - Drafted to Donnacona 17 Jul 1945. Honourably released 10 Aug 1945
