HUTTON, Gary Wayne LS, 63018, RCN, died - 23 Oct 1969, HMCS KOOTENAY - Son of Oliver Hutton and Ruth Conway (nee Parliaman) Darling of Edmonton, AB; brother of George, Marlene, Marjorie and Illa; husband of Carol Edith (nee Conway) Hutton of Bedford, NS.

 

He was one of nine sailors who died as a result of a gearbox explosion and fire aboard HMCS Kootenay. He was buried at sea near Portsmouth, England.
