McNAUGHTON, George - was born at Stellerton, Nova Scotia and passed away on July 21, 2012 at his residence of Ottawa at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Lookkid from Thailand and loving father of Scott (Julie). Brother of Betty Tanguay and Lynda Waterman. He was predeceased by his parents: William and Mary nee MacDonald and his brothers Jimmy and David. George was an avid sailor and a commissionaire. Friends may pay respects at Beechwood National Memorial Centre, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa on Friday, August 3, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. A graveside service will be held the same day at 11 a.m. in the National Military Cemetery of Beechwood Cemetery, the National Cemetery of Canada.
