MANSFIELD, William Edmund Roy, OS, V22756, RCNVR, MPK - 19 Sep 1941, HMCS LEVIS - Son of William and Florence Mansfield, of Toronto, Ontario.

 

OS Mansfield lost his life when HMCS LEVIS was torpedoed and sunk.  Prior to enlisting he was a seaman for McColl Frontenac Oil Co. Ltd, Yardley House, Toronto, Ontario.
