VAN DELINDER, Thomas John - 80 years. Passed away Nov. 21, 2004 at Metropolitan Hospital. Survived by his wife of almost 60 years, June. Predeceased by his mother Grace Van Delinder Longmoore (1987) and his father Ralph Van Delinder (1935). Dearest father of Tom Jr. and Nancy, Kim and Brian Pedersen, White Rock, B.C. and Tod and Odilla. Loving grandfather to Amy, Tommy, Kurt and Beth, Shawn and Jenny Pedersen and Olivia and Julia. Tom served for 2 years in WW II in the R.C.N. V.R. at Sea. He retire in 1980 from Jones & Laughlin Steel Co., Detroit, as a steel salesman. A private family funeral service was held on Thursday at the Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home. Archdeacon Jack Peck officiated. (The Windsor Star 27 Nov 2004)
