MCNEILL, Donald, CERA, V23718, RCNVR, MPK - 06 Feb 1943, HMCS LOUISBURG - Son of Alexander and Margaret McNeill; husband of Mary Ellen McNeill, of Verdun, Quebec.

 

CERA McNeill died when his ship, HMCS LOUISBURG, which was on convoy duty in the Mediterranean, was sunk by bombs and torpedoes from Italian aircraft.

HMCS STADACONA - Drafted to STADACONA 07 May 1941 as an ERA 2c, RCNVR
