They made the Ultimate Sacrifice
Webmaster's note: Stoker PO John Cotey died on 20 Oct 1946 as his wartime service in the RCNVR. There was a policy to include those who died up to the end of 1947 as wartime casualties as their death's, though not from combat, could likely be attributed / have been hastened by their wartime service. An email has been sent to VAC to request a review of his file for entry in the Second World War Book of Remembrance. (updated 07 Dec 2023)
