SAMUEL, David James - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of David James Samuel on Monday, December 5th, 2022 in Cornwall at the age of 73 years.
Beloved husband for 50 years of Sandra Samuel (nee Mason). Loving father of Craig Samuel (Susan) of Lethbridge, AB, Colin Samuel (Suzanne) of Cornwall and Darryl Samuel (Caroline) of Edmonton, AB. Cherished grandfather of Paige Samuel (Josh), Mason Samuel, Shaelyn Samuel, Kerri-Lynn Pereira (Connor), Sabrina Samuel, Mackenzie Samuel, Jordan Samuel and Dominic Samuel and great-grandfather of Everly. Dear brother of Carole-Ann Tighe of NS, Mary Samuel of PEI, Gwen Cadden (Willie) of NS, Jean Samuel of NS, Barry Samuel of NB, Richard Samuel of NS, Doreen Bishop (Wilfred) of NS and Myles Samuel of NS.
He is predeceased by his parents; Robert Samuel and Peggy Samuel (Hinchey) and by his brothers; Andrew and Robbie Samuel.
As per David's wishes cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888).
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
