RIECK, Hans Ernest - On February 2, 1967, Hans Ernest Rieck, aged 41 years. Late of 4582 Elgin St. Survived by his loving wife, Wilma, 3 daughters, Dawn, Darlene and Joy Lynn all at home; 3 brothers, Heinz, Guenther and Werner, Sask.; 3 sisters, Mrs. Harvey Leeper, Mrs. Harold Parno, Mrs. Ted Rushinko, Sask.; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. Rieck, Sask. Funeral Monday, February 6, at 1 p.m. from the Chapel of Hamilton Mortuary, Fraser St. at 38th Ave. Rev. E. J. Krisch officiating. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to B.C. Heart Foundation (The Province, Vancouver, BC, Saturday, 04 Feb 1967, pg 29)

Wife: Wilma Clara (née Henning) Rieck

 

Hans was buried in the Mountain View Cemetery, Vancouver, BC. He was disinterred in 2011. Location of reburial unknown.
