Jack's brother Robert passed away in 2016 and Robert's obituary states that Jack predeceased him.
Jack's 3 brothers, George McIldoon, Robert McIldoon, and Edward McIldoon all served in the Navy. Edward lost his life when HMCS MARGAREE was sunk during the Second World War.
